8(a) STARS III is a small business set-aside Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. This next-generation vehicle builds upon the proven framework of 8(a) STARS II while significantly expanding capabilities for emerging technologies and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) requirements.
The scope of the 8(a) STARS III GWAC centers primarily on North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541512, alongside other IT-predominant codes such as 541411, 541513, 541519, and 528210. We offer a full spectrum of IT services—ranging from simple implementations to complex, services-based enterprise solutions.
